ABOUT THE ARTIST
Brittney S. Price is a self-taught visual artist and muralist from Palm Springs, working between New York and Los Angeles. Rooted in Black American ancestry and guided by Sankofa, the Adinkra symbol that reminds us to learn from the past as we move forward, she explores identity, memory, healing, and joy across her practice. Her work has been exhibited in museums and galleries, including the Palm Springs Art Museum, and has included commercial commissions for brands and studios such as Target, Bungie, and HBO Max. She has also painted public murals in schools and neighborhoods, and leads community work through youth workshops, story circles, and her ongoing Adinkra & Me series. Across gallery, commercial, public, and community work, she brings care, curiosity, and a belief in love's power to every wall and every room.
